Please include the page, the inputs you used, the result you got and the figure you expected, with a link to the official tariff or price if you have one. Municipal tariff lists are especially welcome.

What we cannot help with

We cannot help with your electricity or water account, meter faults or billing disputes. Contact Eskom or your municipality for those.
